The 4th Annual Morgan Ford Pet Parade is hosted by the Tower Grove Business Association, with cooperation from Pride St. Louis, Inc.  The event is held annually in the Morgan Ford Business District off of Arsenal south of Tower Grove Park.  We expect to register 200 or more participants in this year's parade.

2010 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Parade Date:  June 26, 2010
Registration, "Yappy Hour" and Pre-judging begins:  10 a.m.
    Marti Frumhoff Memorial Garden - Across from Stella Blues,
    3269 Morgan Ford, St. Louis, MO  63116
All participants must be present by 11 a.m.
Parade begins:  12 Noon
    At the intersection of Morgan Ford and Utah proceeding down
    Morgan Ford toward Tower Grove Park, Turning around in the City parking lot, and ending back at Utah
Awards Ceremony: 1 p.m. - Tower Pub - 3234 Morgan Ford Road, St. Louis, MO  63116

"Yappy" Hour
We will be hosting a "Yappy" Hour during registration at the intersection of Morgan Ford and Utah.  Please come early to enjoy the following:

     **Pet Portraits
     **Face Painting
     **McGruff the Crime Dog
     **Frozen Pet Treats

Pre-Judging
Our Pet Parade judges will be perusing the participants during registration and "Yappy" Hour to locate our winners in each categories.  All Pet Parade Participants will be eligible to win in the following award categories:
    

• Grand Prize – Best overall pet or float
• Best Dressed Pet
• Most original Float* or Wagon
• Most Unique or Interesting Pet
• Best Dressed Owner/Pet Combo
• Best Group**
• Biggest Pet
• Smallest Pet
• Softest Pet

*Float = Decorated, non-motorized device used to push or pull a costumed animal along the parade route. 
**Group = Two or more animals with one or more human, or two or more humans with one or more animals.


BBQ -
This year, our local Morgan Ford Restaurants will again be hosting a BBQ after the parade at the new patio at Tower Pub (3234 Morgan Ford Rd.).  Each parade participant is entitled to one free meal, including one drink.  Your pets are welcome at the BBQ.  Participating restaurants include 3 Monkeys, Tin Can Tavern & Grille, Tower Pub, and Local Harvest Cafe.

Entry Fee Donation is $10, and includes a gift bag with discounts, Parade favors, and goodies from local businesses.
  100% of Entry Fee is donated to Companions Forever Pet Rescue of St. Louis
